He is supportive yet knew how best to push you. He listens to your goals and physical issues and tailors his exercises to strengthen specific niggles while making sure you get a good work out. I am stronger, fitter and happier as a consequence. Honestly training every week was an absolute pleasure. Clark’s knowledge meant he was able to put together a programme that allowed me to both work on rehabilitating my back while developing my fitness. Every session was tough but fun – exactly what I expect from a personal trainer! I now don’t suffer anywhere near as much as I once did, and know what to do to continue my progression on my own. I trained with Clark after I had the second of my two hip replacements and needed to achieve the best possible end result to improve my mobility and movement within my hips. He is clever, thoughtful, funny and fun to work with, and gets you to work really hard without being a bully!
